At Superhero Toys ME, we are committed to delivering your favorite character based merchandise in top condition. To maintain high quality, hygiene, and fairness for all customers, we follow a strict no refund and limited exchange policy.

No Refunds.

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Exchange Policy (Strict Conditions Apply)

While we do not offer refunds, we may allow an exchange only under the following conditions:

• The item you received is significantly defective or damaged
• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof
• The item is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging

Items that have been opened, unsealed, used, or are not in the condition they were sold in will not be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to approve or reject exchange requests at our sole discretion.
